A text concierge that answers guests 24/7 from your guidebook, using only what is in your guidebook so it stays accurate. Text concierge included — 60 guest answers a month for every property (20 on the Offer2Stay rate), pooled across your account. Busier than that? Reply packs from £2/month. Packs: 50 replies £2, 100 replies £3, 250 replies £6, 500 replies £10, 1,000 replies £18, 2,500 replies £40 a month. Every conversation is readable in your dashboard, and if a pack runs out the concierge pauses politely — you are never billed beyond what you chose. It is text chat only — there is no voice or phone version.

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly (pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10) and you can cancel whenever you like from your dashboard. Your guidebooks stay live until the end of the period you have paid for, plus a 7-day grace period; after that guests see a "paused" page. We keep your content for 90 days so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off.
