This appears on the first step of /start when the importer reached your page but found nothing a guest would recognise — no photos, no location, nothing about the place.
Why it happens
- The link is a homepage or a search page rather than one property.
- The property details sit behind a login.
- The address is not a public https page we can reach.
- The site answered, but with a cookie or consent page instead of the listing.
Your three ways forward
- Build it for me — put in your email, add a line in Anything that helps if there is something we should know, and press it. We email you an acknowledgement and build the draft by hand, usually within one working day. You do not have to wait around.
- try a different link — an Airbnb or Offer2Stay property page reads best.
- Start from scratch instead — carry on through the wizard and fill the template in yourself.
After you press Build it for me
You get a confirmation email with the link you sent us. There is nothing to do at your end, and nothing is charged while we build it. If you think of anything else about the property, reply to that email and it reaches the same person.
If it still will not go
If the send fails, try again, or start from scratch and carry on. Reply to any email from QuietStay and a person picks it up.
