How do I sign up and build my first guidebook?
Go to /start, paste your listing link and press Build my draft. The wizard has six steps — Listing, Cover & colour, Your details, Check-in & WiFi, Local recommendations, Your free trial — and takes about 5 minutes. You create your account at the last step, once there is a guidebook worth keeping, and no card is needed to start.
I haven't got a listing link — can I still make a guidebook?
Yes. On the first step of /start press Start from scratch and fill the guidebook in yourself. If you would rather we did it, go to /preview, press "Haven't got a listing link?", describe your place and leave your email — we build it by hand and email it to you, usually within one working day.
I have several properties — do I have to add them one at a time?
No. Go to /multiple-properties, paste up to 60 listing links in one go with your email, and press Onboard my properties. A person builds a draft guidebook for each one and gets in touch, usually within one working day. Nothing to pay to have them built, and no card needed.
Can I put QuietStay on my phone or desktop?
Yes. QuietStay is not in the app stores — you install the dashboard straight from your browser. On Android, Chrome or Edge press Install on the card at the top of your dashboard. On an iPhone or iPad, tap Share then "Add to Home Screen". In Safari on a Mac, choose File then "Add to Dock".
How it works
Which listing links can QuietStay import?
Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Offer2Stay property pages, plus your own website. Airbnb and Offer2Stay have their own readers; Booking.com, Vrbo and your own site are read as a page and turned into the same draft. The link must be a public https address for one property, not a homepage or a page behind a login.
What is free at the start, and do I need a card?
While the launch offer runs, to 1 January 2027, every new host gets 3 months free. No card is asked for at signup and nothing is due that day. Add a card before the free months end to stay live — if there is no card when they run out, Stripe cancels the subscription. Cancel before the first charge and you pay nothing at all.
When it goes wrong
"We couldn't read a property from that link"
We opened your link but found no photos or property details on it — usually a homepage rather than a single property, or a listing that sits behind a login. Leave your email and press Build it for me and a person builds your draft by hand, usually within one working day. You can also try a different link, or press Start from scratch instead and fill it in yourself.
"That's a few listings in a row from this connection"
You have used up the import allowance for this connection today. Create a free account and you get a bigger allowance of your own, or come back later — the budgets are daily. Nothing you have typed is lost.
