Your dashboard can run as an app on your own devices. Your guests never install anything — they open a link.
On Android, Chrome or Edge
A card appears at the top of the dashboard offering to keep QuietStay on your home screen or desktop. Press Install and confirm.
On an iPhone or iPad
Open the dashboard in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
In Safari on a Mac
Open the dashboard, then in Safari's menu bar choose File, then Add to Dock. QuietStay opens in its own window, one click from the Dock.
What you get
It opens like an app in its own window rather than a tab, works offline, and can send you a notification when a guest gets in touch.
If you cannot see the prompt
- Already installed: the card never shows once QuietStay is running as an app.
- Dismissed with the close button: it comes back on its own after 14 days.
- Some browsers offer no install at all. Use the manual route above where your browser has one, or keep a bookmark to the dashboard.
If it still will not install
Reply to any email from QuietStay and tell us which phone or computer and which browser, and a person will work through it with you.
