I have several properties — do I have to add them one at a time?

The wizard takes one listing at a time, which is right for one cottage and wrong for twenty. /multiple-properties takes the whole list at once.

How to send your list

1. Put in your email.
2. Paste your listing links into Your listing links — one per line, comma-separated, or straight out of a spreadsheet. Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Offer2Stay and your own site can be mixed in the same paste.
3. Check the count underneath. It tells you how many properties we found before you send, so nobody sends 40 and gets 12.
4. Add anything we should know in the optional box — company name, how many more are coming, anything the listings do not say.
5. Press Onboard my properties.

What happens next

We email you a copy of the list you sent so you have it in writing, then get in touch, usually within one working day, normally to check a couple of things before we start. Each property gets a draft guidebook you review in one sitting and publish yourself.

Limits and messages

• Up to 60 links in one go. Over that you will see a note asking you to send the first batch and reply to our email with the rest.
• Every link needs to start with http:// or https://, or it is not counted.
• Send several lists in a day and you will be asked to reply to the email we already sent instead.
