Checkout happens at the last step of the wizard so your guidebook belongs to an account from the start. That does not mean paying anything.
What the free period is
- While the launch offer runs, every signup gets 3 months free, with no code needed. The window ends on 1 January 2027, and starting on the last day still gives you the full three months.
- When the launch offer ends, the standing terms come back: a 7-day free trial as standard, or 2 months free on a verified Offer2Stay listing.
- A partner code from one of our partner holiday parks is 3 months free, on the code's own clock rather than the launch window.
- You get the best single offer you qualify for. They do not stack.
The card
Nothing is due on the day you sign up, so Stripe's checkout does not ask for a card at all. Add one before your free months end and everything carries on. If the free period ends with no card on file, Stripe cancels the subscription rather than charging you. If you add a card later from your dashboard, that form does ask for it, because that is the point of it.
What it costs afterwards
- 1 property: £10 per property per month. 2 to 5: £8. 6 to 15: £6. 16 or more: talk to us for a portfolio price.
- A property with a verified Offer2Stay listing is a flat £3 per property per month on every band. Listing there is free.
- Paying yearly gives you 12 months for the price of 10.
What is not inside the free months
Optional extras are their own subscriptions and bill from the day you add them: AI reply packs (from £2 a month), What's On local events (£2 per property a month), Guest list and discount code (£1 per property a month) and SMS bundles (from £4 a month). Your first 20 guest concierge replies are free to try.
