Replies are counted per account, not per property: one pool covers every property you run.
The free 20
Every account gets 20 free replies to try the concierge on the house. They are a lifetime one-off — when they are gone they do not come back next month, and only a paid pack renews.
Monthly packs
Packs are a monthly subscription, one pool shared across your account:
- 50 replies £2
- 100 replies £3
- 250 replies £6 — marked most popular
- 500 replies £10
- 1,000 replies £18
- 2,500 replies £40
Reply packs are an add-on, so they bill from day one. Free months and trials on your membership never cover them.
Packs that come with a plan
If you took a Concierge plan when you signed up, the pack that plan carries is charged at the plan rate: Guidebook + Concierge includes 250 replies at £5 instead of £6, and Guidebook + Concierge Pro includes 1,000 at £15 instead of £18 and adds What's On. Adding the same pack later costs the standard price above.
The order replies are spent
- Your one-off free 20.
- Your monthly pack, which resets at the start of each month.
- Any 30-day top-ups, soonest to expire first — so nothing you have paid for expires while free replies sit unused.
When the pool is empty
The concierge pauses for guests and points them back to you. We email you once when you pass 80% and once when it runs out. Buying a pack or a top-up switches it back on as soon as the payment confirms.
If the counter looks wrong
The Replies & billing card on the AI assistant page shows what has been used this month, and lists usage by property underneath. If it does not match what you expect, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
