The concierge already knows everything in each property's guidebook, automatically. This is for the extras — the hot tub reheat time, bin day, where the spare fuses live, a site rules pack.
Add a note
- Open AI assistant and find Teach your concierge.
- Choose All properties or one property from the dropdown.
- Give it a title, for example Hot tub manual.
- Type or paste the text into the box and tap Add note. You will see Added — the concierge uses it from the next question.
A note is stored up to 20,000 characters.
Upload a PDF
- Pick the property (or All properties) and tap Upload PDF.
- Choose the file. We read the text out of it and keep only that text — the PDF itself is not stored, and guests never see or download it.
- PDFs up to 8 MB. A long one is trimmed to the first 20,000 characters, and the message tells you when that has happened.
You can upload up to 20 PDFs a day per account.
Remove something
Open the entry in the list and tap Remove, then confirm. It is gone from the concierge's knowledge from the next question.
What to put where
Anything a guest should be able to read for themselves belongs in the guidebook, not here — guidebook content is what the concierge quotes back with a "From your guidebook" tag. Notes added here are used to answer, but they are never named to the guest as a section of your guidebook.
If a note does not seem to be used
Ask the question in Try your concierge exactly as a guest would word it. If the answer still ignores the note, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
