Help AI assistant

How it works

What happens when a guest asks something my guidebook doesn't cover?

It does not guess. It searches the web for the next best answer, tells the guest plainly that it did not come from you, and records the question on your AI assistant page under "Questions your concierge couldn't answer", where "Draft an answer" writes the missing guidebook entry for you to edit.

A question your content cannot answer used to be a dead end. Now it is next week's guidebook entry.

What the guest gets

It still costs one reply from your pool, however hard the question was.

What you get

The card Questions your concierge couldn't answer on the AI assistant page lists the real questions, most-asked first, with an asked 3× tag when several guests have asked the same thing, the property, and the line We told them: with whatever the web answer was.

Turn one into a guidebook entry

  1. Tap Draft an answer. We write a template entry and pick the section it belongs in.
  2. Fill in anything left in [square brackets] — those are the facts only you know.
  3. Change the section or the title if you want, edit the wording, then tap Add to guidebook.
  4. The concierge uses it immediately, and the question is marked handled.

Done marks a question handled without adding anything. It is not a delete: if a guest asks it again, it comes back.

If the drafter will not run

Couldn't draft that — try again is worth one retry; drafting is capped at 30 a day per account. The AI drafter isn't available yet — write the entry by hand for now means you should add the item to the guidebook yourself. If neither works, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.

Still stuck? Reply to any email from us — it reaches a person, not a form, and we answer every one.
