What the rate is
A flat £3 per property per month, on every band. At one property that is £3 instead of £10. At six properties it is £3 each instead of £6 each. Portfolios of 16 or more are still priced individually.
Paid yearly, that is £30 a year per property instead of £100.
What qualifies
A verified Offer2Stay listing for every property you are billed for. Not most of them — all of them. The check counts distinct listings, so ten guidebooks pointing at one listing count as one listing, not ten.
How to verify: How do I verify my Offer2Stay listing for the £3 rate?
It is re-checked, not granted once
Every night we count your verified listings against the properties you are billed for.
- Fewer verified listings than properties, and the account moves to the standard rate from that day. You get an email, "Your Offer2Stay rate has changed", saying how many listings are verified against how many properties. Verify the rest and the rate comes back.
- If you ticked Offer2Stay at signup and your listings verify later, we move you onto £3 from your next invoice and email you "Your Offer2Stay rate is on".
The rate applies only while the listing stays live on Offer2Stay and is yours.
Not listed yet
You can still take the rate. Tick the box at signup, or use the "List your property on Offer2Stay — it's free" link on the Billing page, then verify the listing once it is live.
If your rate has not moved
A rate change applies at your next renewal, not mid-month. If your next invoice still shows the standard rate with everything verified, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
