The free period is set when you sign up, and it is the same for everyone while the launch offer is running.
What you get right now
3 months free, for every new host. No code needed, and it is not affected by whether you are on Offer2Stay. The window closes on 1 January 2027.
A free month is counted as 30 days, so 3 months free is 90 days from the day you sign up. Offers do not stack — you get the single best one you qualify for.
No card needed to start
Nothing is asked for and nothing is due on the day you sign up. Add a card before the free months end and your guidebooks carry on without a break. If there is no card when the free period runs out, Stripe cancels the subscription — your guidebooks then stay live for 7 more days, then pause for guests, and everything you wrote is kept for 90 days.
What we send you
Three days before the end we email you. If a card is on file the subject is "Your QuietStay free period ends in N days". If there is no card it is "Add a card in the next N days to keep your guidebooks live".
What is not free
Add-ons — AI reply packs, SMS bundles, What's On, Guest list — are separate subscriptions and bill from the moment you add them. Free periods apply to membership only.
After the launch window
Once the window closes the standing terms return: a 7-day free trial, or your first 2 months free if you have a verified Offer2Stay listing. The £3 and £10 monthly rates do not change either way.
If your free period looks wrong
Open Billing & invoices — the card shows the days left and the date of the first charge. If that date is not what you were promised, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
