A calendar link gives QuietStay your booking dates. A PMS connection gives it the guest as well — name, email and phone — which is what lets guidebook sends, thank-yous and access codes run without you typing anything.
Connect it
- Open Settings, then Integrations. You need to be an owner or admin on the account.
- Scroll to PMS sync — bookings in automatically.
- Under Provider, choose SortedStay / Channex, Hostaway, Lodgify or Nuki smart locks.
- Paste your key into API key. For Hostaway, also fill in Account ID.
- Press Connect. It reads Checking… while we call your provider, then confirms.
Where each key comes from
- SortedStay / Channex — Channex, then your profile, then API Key.
- Hostaway — Settings, then Hostaway API. That page gives both the account ID and the key.
- Lodgify — Settings, then Public API.
- Nuki — Nuki Web, then API, then generate a token.
What happens to your key
We call the provider's own API with it before anything is saved, so a wrong key is refused rather than stored. Keys are held server-side only and can never be read back out of QuietStay — not by you, your team or support.
Next step
Nothing syncs until each property is matched to its listing. See How do I match a property to its PMS listing?.
If it will not connect
See Those credentials were rejected by the PMS, or reply to any email from QuietStay and a person will help.
