A PMS holds several listings and QuietStay holds several guidebooks. Nothing can be filed until you say which is which, so this step is what turns a connection into bookings.
Set the IDs
- Open Settings, then Integrations, and find the connection you added.
- Under Map each property to its PMS listing ID, every published property has a row.
- Paste the ID into Listing / property ID and click away. A tick shows it is saved.
Only published guidebooks are listed. Publish a property first if you cannot see it.
Where the ID comes from
It is the identifier your PMS shows for that listing in its own dashboard: the listing ID in Hostaway, the property ID in Lodgify and in Channex. Copy it exactly — it is matched character for character, so a trailing space or the wrong listing means no match.
What happens to unmapped listings
Reservations for a listing with no matching property are counted and skipped. They are not guessed at and never land on the wrong guidebook. If a connection reports nothing after a night, an unmapped listing is the first thing to check.
Nuki is separate
Nuki does not use listing IDs. Its rows ask for a Smartlock ID instead — see How do I set up Nuki keypad codes?.
If bookings still do not appear
Give it one night: reservations are pulled overnight, not on the spot. Then check the ID against your PMS again, and if it still brings nothing, reply to any email from QuietStay with the property name and the ID you used.
