One job does the lot, once a night, in the same order every time: calendar links, then PMS reservations, then keypad codes. Nothing needs pressing, and the first pull happens the night you connect.
What is pulled
Reservations from roughly two days before departure up to arrivals ninety days out. For each one QuietStay files:
- the arrival and departure dates
- the guest's surname
- the guest's email address and phone number as a contact on that property, which is what pre-arrival, post-stay and sequence messages send to
What happens to bookings you already have
- Dates that have changed are updated on the existing booking.
- A surname is filled in only when the booking has none. A surname you typed is never overwritten.
- Cancellations mark the booking cancelled; nothing is deleted. If it comes back it is the same booking, keeps its history, and no message is sent twice.
- Reservations for a listing with no mapped property are counted and skipped.
Where to check it ran
In Settings, then Integrations, each connection reads synced with a date, first sync tonight before the first run, or last sync failed with the reason. Calendar links report separately, as a warning naming the property and how long since its last success.
If a booking is not there in the morning
Check the property is mapped — see How do I match a property to its PMS listing?. If the connection reads last sync failed, see My PMS connection says "last sync failed". Otherwise reply to any email from QuietStay.
