Disconnecting is immediate and needs no confirmation, so be sure before you press it. You must be an owner or admin on the account.
What is removed
Only the stored credentials. Your key is deleted from QuietStay, and the nightly job stops calling that provider.
What stays
- Every booking already synced, with its dates, surname, note and door code.
- Every contact created from a reservation, so messages already scheduled still have somewhere to go.
- Your listing IDs on each property, so reconnecting later needs only a new key.
- Your calendar links, which are separate and keep syncing.
From then on those bookings simply stop being refreshed. Cancellations and date changes made in your PMS no longer reach QuietStay, so keep a calendar link connected if you want the dates to stay current.
Disconnecting Nuki
New keypad codes stop being cut, and codes already on the lock are no longer removed automatically when a guest leaves. Clear any you no longer want in Nuki itself.
Reconnecting
Choose the provider again, paste a current key and press Connect. The next overnight sync fills in anything that changed while it was off. Up to four connections can exist at once — the connect form reappears whenever there is room.
If something is missing after disconnecting
Reply to any email from QuietStay with the property name and the booking dates, and a person will check what is on file.
