A section is one card on your guest menu. Everything inside it — the boxes — lives on that card's page.
Add one
- Open the property from your dashboard.
- Click Add a section. It sits as the last card in the grid, and again at the foot of the Design panel.
- Pick an amenity: Hot tub, Swimming pool, Sauna & wellness, Gym, Games room, Golf & activities, Fishing, Cinema room, Pets, Family, Outdoors or Parking. Or pick Blank section.
- The editor opens the new section straight away.
An amenity section arrives already written. Hot tub, for example, comes with Temperature, How to use it, Before you get in, Rules and Towels, in plain English with the numbers in brackets for you to change. A blank one is called New section with nothing in it.
Name it and give it an icon
- The title at the top of the section is the name guests see on the tile. Type over it — it saves as you type.
- Click the emoji to the left of the title to choose an icon. Leave it and an icon is picked from the words in the title.
Where it lands
New sections go to the end of the group their name puts them in — a section called Parking joins Arrival, one called House rules joins Important. Move it with the arrows in the Design panel: reorder, hide or delete a section.
If the section does not appear
You will see Couldn't add the section — try again. That is the write failing, not the section being rejected: check your connection and click Add a section again. If the toolbar says Read-only (viewer) you cannot add sections on this account — ask an owner or admin for editor access. Still stuck? Reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
