Property details holds the facts every guest needs, separately from your section content.
Property name
The first field. It is the same name as the big title on the editor home screen, and it is what guests read on the welcome screen.
Check-in and check-out
Two boxes side by side. What you type is written into the Check-in time and Check-out time boxes of your Check-in section, so you can change it in either place and both agree. Guests see both pinned at the top of every page.
Property address (map & directions)
Start typing and pick a suggestion, or type the address in full and drag the pin — or tap the map — to set the exact spot. The address fills your Find us box. The pin sets the coordinates used for the guest map, for finding places nearby, and for the nearest A&E lookup, so it is worth getting exactly right.
Extra details for guests
Free text for everything beyond the basics: bin day, the stopcock, meter readings, heating notes, parking on check-out day. Start a line with - for a bullet, and wrap words in stars for bold. Leave it blank and the Property details card is hidden from guests entirely.
If a field says there is nowhere to save it
No matching box found — add one in the Check-in section means this guidebook has no Check-in section holding a Check-in time or Check-out time box. Add a section, choose Blank section, name it Check-in and add boxes called Check-in time and Check-out time — the fields then write to them. If that is not it, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
