Inside a section you add three kinds of thing, all from the row of buttons at the bottom of the page.
The three kinds
- Box · tap to open — the default. It has a title, an icon, its text and an optional photo. Guests see a card and tap it to read what is inside.
- Text · always shown — the words are printed on the page under the title, with nothing to tap.
- Heading — a title that groups everything below it until the next heading. In a How things work section the button says Add a room instead, and each room name groups the boxes under it.
Move any of them with the drag handle or the up and down arrows.
The editor changes to match what you are writing
- A box called Rules, or any box in a section with "rules" in its name, becomes one row per rule bubble with its own emoji and colour.
- In a recommendations-style section each entry becomes a place with a name and a description, plus Add a note for anything that is not a place.
- A short list of labels under a title like Amenities, Features, Safety devices or Highlights becomes chips.
- A box called Find us, Directions or Property address gets the address search and the map pin.
Writing tools
B bolds the selected text, Bullet points turns the selected lines into a list, and Template drops in example text for that kind of card that you then edit.
If Template does nothing
You get No example text for "..." yet when nothing matches the box title. There is no template for that name — a line or two in your own words is all a guest needs. Anything still unclear? Reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
