Setting it up

How do I copy a section to my other properties?

Open the section, click Copy to…, tick the properties and click Copy to selected. On each one, a section with the same title has its contents replaced; if there is no section with that title, it is added.

Write your house rules, your recommendations or your departure checklist once, then push them out to the rest of your properties.

Copy it

  1. Open the section you want to copy.
  2. Click Copy to… in the section header.
  3. Tick the properties to copy it to. Only properties in the same workspace are listed.
  4. Click Copy to selected. You get a line back: Copied "..." to 3 properties.

What lands on the other property

The section title, its icon and every box in it — titles, text, icons, photos and their order.

Matching is by title. If the target already has a section with exactly the same title, its boxes are replaced by yours; anything that property had written in that section is lost. If it has no section with that title, the section is added at the end.

Nothing else on the target property is touched: its cover photo, colours, name, address, times and other sections stay as they are.

Copy in the other direction

There is no undo on a copy. If you are not certain the titles line up, copy to one property first, open it and check before doing the rest.

If some properties are missing from the list

The list shows every other property in the workspace you are signed in to. A property in a different workspace will not appear — switch workspace and copy from there.
