The panel sits on the editor home screen with a progress bar and a line reading, for example, 5 of 8 done — 3 still to add. Tap to jump there.
The eight checks
- Property name — set, and no longer the starting name.
- Check-in & check-out — both times filled in.
- WiFi — the network name filled in. The password is not counted.
- How guests get in — the door or access box has something in it.
- Address & map — the address box has something in it.
- Cover photo — a cover image is set.
- House rules — a section with "rule" in its name has at least one box with text in it.
- Publish — the guidebook is published.
Using it
Click a missing item and the editor takes you to the screen that sets it. The one exception is Publish, which publishes there and then.
Only the outstanding items are listed. When all eight are done the panel goes away — that is the finished state, not a fault.
If it says something is missing that you have filled in
It reads the exact boxes the guest page reads, not any box that mentions the words:
- Rules typed into a section whose name does not contain "rule" will not count. Rename the section, or move the rules into your House rules section.
- A network name typed into a box that is not called Network will not count. Use the WiFi field on the editor home screen and it goes to the right box.
- Times typed anywhere other than Check-in time and Check-out time will not count.
If the item is genuinely filled in the right place and still shows as missing, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
