These are longer, personal emails you finish yourself, rather than something that sends automatically.
Use one
- Open Messages then Ready-to-send emails.
- Pick the property, then the template:
- After their stay - thank you + offer
- Before arrival - welcome + guidebook
- Past guests - come back and save
- Read the subject and body shown underneath. Anything in [square brackets] is for you to replace - the guest's name and your own.
- Select Send from QuietStay to open the compose screen with it filled in, or Copy email, Copy subject or Copy body to paste it into your own mail app.
The property's discount code, booking link and guidebook link are filled in from what you have set up. Nothing is invented.
"Set up your offer first"
Two of the three templates promise a discount code and somewhere to book. If that property has no active offer, those templates are held back with this note instead. Add the code and booking link under Returning guests for that property, then come back and they unlock.
If you send it from QuietStay
It goes out as an ordinary guest email: the guest sees your words in the QuietStay shell, and a reply comes back to Messages then Inbox. It is also recorded under Sent messages.
If it will not send
The compose screen prints the reason under the send button - see Could not send. Otherwise reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
