The wording is yours. The shell around it is ours, and it is the same for a message you send by hand and one that sends itself.
What arrives
- The QuietStay wordmark on a small header, then a white card with a green rule across the top.
- Your subject line as the heading.
- Your message, paragraph for paragraph as you typed it.
- A green button labelled "Open your guidebook", pointing at that property's live guest link.
Placeholders are already filled in by the time it arrives: the guest sees their own first name, your property name, their dates and your discount code, not the curly brackets.
The footer
Every email ends with a line saying why they are receiving it, and our registered company details, which UK law requires on business email.
Marketing emails - the post-stay thank-you and win-back messages - also carry an Unsubscribe link. Ordinary stay emails do not, on purpose: one stray click should never stop a guest receiving their own door code.
See it for yourself
- On the compose screen, the panel headed "Preview - what your guest receives" updates as you type.
- On any automated message, Test me emails it to your own account address with sample details filled in.
If it does not look right
Reply to any email from QuietStay with a screenshot of what your guest received and a person will look at it.
