How do I add extras my guests can buy?

Open Store & upsells and go into Extras & requests. Write each item once — name, type, price, photo — and tick which properties offer it. A new item is created live on every property, so untick any it does not apply to.

Your shop is one catalogue shared across every property. You write an item once and choose which properties sell it.

Add your first item

Open Store & upsells, then Extras & requests.
Press + Add item in the group you want it in, or Browse the idea library and click a ready-made one.
Fill in Item, choose a Type, then Price £ (all properties) and Per — each, per night, per stay or per person.
Write What the guest gets — this is the description on the card.
Add photos under Photos. Up to eight per item; the first one is the cover.
Under Which properties offer this?, tick the properties. Ticks save by themselves.
Press Save wording & price.

The four groups

Items sit under the moment of the stay they belong to: Before they arrive, Waiting on arrival, During the stay and On the way out. Guests see them in the same order. Type over a heading to rename it, or change its emoji — it saves when you click away. Drag an item to reorder it, or drag it into another group.

One wording, different prices

Wording is shared across every property. Prices and on/off are not: each ticked property has its own price box next to it, and each saves on its own when you click away.

Name the tile guests tap

At the top, Guests see this tile as sets the emoji and name of the shop tile on every property's home screen. It saves when you click away.

If nothing shows up for guests

A property's shop can be switched off separately. Open Per-property settings — photos, order and card payouts at the bottom and press Show shop on any property marked hidden. If it is still missing, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
