What they cost
- AI concierge. Your first 20 guest replies are free to try, then reply packs: 50 replies £2, 100 £3, 250 £6, 500 £10, 1,000 £18, 2,500 £40 a month. One pool of replies shared across every property you run.
- Guest list & discount code — £1 per property per month. Guests swap their email for your own discount code on direct bookings.
- Your own booking website — a paid add-on. Sends discount-code guests to your own site instead of an OTA.
- What's On — £2 per property per month. Live local events in the guidebook.
- SMS messages — 50 texts £4, 100 £7, 250 £15, 500 £28 a month. Texts guests from your automated sequences.
How they are billed
Each add-on is its own monthly subscription and bills from day one. Free months and trials apply to your membership, not to add-ons. Nothing is charged until you switch one on.
There is one subscription per add-on per account. If you already have one and try to buy it again it is refused — change the properties it covers instead of buying it twice.
What's On is not sold everywhere
We search your area before selling it. A property needs an address, and needs at least six events found nearby for the month ahead. Press Check what's on near this property in Billing to see the count per property before you buy. It is billed per area, so several properties in the same area count as one.
If a purchase will not start
You may see "Add-on prices aren't provisioned yet" or "Payments aren't switched on yet." Both are on our side, not yours. Reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
