Your guest data is yours. Two downloads, no waiting and no request to make.
Download them
- Open Settings, then Data export.
- Select Returning guests to get
quietstay-contacts.csv— name, email, phone, property, tags, notes and the date each was added. - Select Guest notes to get
quietstay-feedback.csv— property, guest, email, note, stay dates and date.
The number beside each button is how many rows you will get. A button with nothing behind it is greyed out.
A filtered list instead
The Guests screen has its own Export CSV button, which exports what you are currently looking at. Filter by a tag first and the download is named after that tag.
When to do this
- Before you cancel your membership, and always before you use the Danger zone.
- Whenever you want to send a mailing from your own email tool.
What you may do with it
These are your guests' details, and you are responsible for them. Only market to people who agreed to hear from you, and delete a guest's details if they ask you to.
If a download does nothing
Some browsers block a file that starts without a click of their own; try again, and check the browser's downloads bar. If the file arrives empty, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
