Both controls live in one pane: Settings, then Password & security.
Change your password
- Type the new password into New password.
- Type the same password into Confirm password. It must be at least 8 characters.
- Select Update password. It confirms Password updated.
Fewer than 8 characters returns Use at least 8 characters. Two different entries return Passwords don't match.
You are not asked for your old password. Being signed in is the proof. If you cannot sign in at all, see I can't sign in.
Sign out of every device
The Sessions part of the pane names the address you are signed in as, then offers Sign out of all devices. Use it after signing in on a shared computer, after selling a phone, or if you think someone else has your password.
It signs you out everywhere, this browser included, and returns you to the sign-in page. Nothing else changes — your account, your team access and your guidebooks are untouched. If the reason is a password someone else may know, change the password first, then sign out everywhere.
Sign out of this device only
Sign out at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar ends this session and no others.
If it still will not update
If the password pane returns an error you do not recognise, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
