The sign-in page is at /login, and it offers the same account three ways.
Email and password
The default. Enter the address you signed up with and your password, then select Sign in.
Sign in with Google
Select Sign in with Google and choose your Google account. You are sent to Google and come back signed in, with no password to remember. This is also the way through if our emails are not reaching you.
A link instead of a password
- On the sign-in page, select Prefer no password? Email me a sign-in link.
- Enter your email address and select Email me a sign-in link.
- Open the link in the email. It signs you in on the device where you open it.
The confirmation reads Check your inbox — the link in the email signs you in on this device. It can take a minute, and sometimes lands in spam. Open it on the phone or computer you want to be signed in on, not on a different one.
If that address has no QuietStay account yet, opening the link creates one. Clicking a link in your own inbox proves the inbox is yours, which is exactly what the signup confirmation email proves, so nothing is skipped by coming in this way.
Joining someone else's account
An invited teammate does not pick a sign-in method first. The invite email takes them to Set your password, and from there to the dashboard. See How do I add my co-host or cleaner to my account?.
If none of them work
See I can't sign in, or reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
