Every booking site can hand out a calendar link. QuietStay reads it so your stays, dates and guest names arrive without you typing them.
Get the link from your booking site
- Airbnb — Calendar, then Availability settings, then Connect to another website. Copy the export link.
- Booking.com — Rates & Availability, then Calendar sync, then Export calendar.
- Vrbo — Calendar, then Import/Export, then Export calendar.
The link always ends in .ics. If what you copied does not, you have the wrong one — you want the export link, not the address of the calendar page you are looking at.
Add it to QuietStay
- In your dashboard, open Calendar & bookings.
- Find the property and paste the link into the box that says
https://…/calendar.ics. - Press Connect. Your bookings appear within a few seconds. Once a calendar is saved the button becomes Re-sync now, for when you want to pull changes in before tonight.
More than one calendar for the same place
If a property is listed on more than one site, press + Add another calendar and paste the second link. You can add up to six per property, and QuietStay merges them into one list of stays.
What happens after that
It re-syncs itself every night, so you do not have to come back. New bookings appear, cancellations disappear, and anything you have set up to send before arrival or after checkout runs off the same list.
If it still will not work
If you get an error when you save, see That link isn't a calendar. If it saved but no bookings showed up, reply to any QuietStay email and we will look at the feed with you.
