This is a deliberate refusal, not a failure to read the feed. The calendar arrived, it was valid, and it contained nothing that matched your current and future stays.
Why we refuse it
Accepting an empty calendar would cancel every current and future stay on that property in one go. Cancelled stays lose their keypad authorisation and their door code the same night, so a whole property's guests could be locked out overnight because a booking site had a bad minute. Refusing costs you nothing: the stays, codes and notes stay exactly as they were, and the calendar is tried again on the next sync.
What to do
- Open the export link in your browser. If it downloads a file with no bookings in it, the problem is at the booking site — wait and try later.
- Check the link is still the current one for that listing. If the site has reissued it, paste the new link into Calendar & bookings and press Re-sync now.
- If the calendar looks right, press Re-sync now again. Once it lists a booking, the sync goes through normally.
If your bookings really have all gone
If you have genuinely emptied that listing, the refusal repeats every night because the stays are still on file. Clear them yourself: open Access codes, choose the property, and remove the stays you no longer have.
If it still will not work
Reply to any email from QuietStay with the property name and the export link, and a person will read the feed from our side and tell you what it contains.
