The printable house manual is a print-ready PDF you leave in the property. It is a one-off purchase, separate from your membership — you can buy it with no subscription at all.
The three tiers
- Blank templates — £9 one-off. Every design in every colour, as print-ready PDFs with blanks you fill in by hand.
- From your website — £29 one-off. Paste your website address and the manual fills itself in. You then edit every word yourself and add the things no website carries — WiFi password, door code, check-in times.
- Done for you — £99 one-off. Our team writes it, adds your photos and branding, and proofreads it. Delivered as a print-ready PDF by email, usually within 3 business days.
Whichever tier you buy, all 8 designs unlock in all 8 colours. The tiers differ by whether the manual gets filled in for you, not by how many designs you may use. Each tier is its own purchase — buying Blank does not open the fill-in form.

- Browse the designs. Each card shows a real, watermarked preview of a demo property.
- Scroll to the buy card and press Buy on the tier you want.
You can also buy from the public templates page without a dashboard account — you make an account at checkout so your PDFs are there to download again.
A design that is not in the set
On the templates page, Request a custom design takes the style you are after, optional colours, an optional link you love, and your email. There is no charge to ask, and we email you a preview.
