Printed house manual, What’s On, translations and Offer2Stay.
Setting it up
How do I buy the printable house manual, and which version do I need?
Open House manual in the dashboard sidebar, or the templates page on the website. There are three one-off tiers: Blank templates £9, From your website £29, and Done for you £99. Any of them unlocks all 8 designs in all 8 colours, and none of them needs a QuietStay subscription.
How do I fill in my house manual and save it as a PDF?
In House manual, pick your design, colour and font, fill in the form under "Your manual", then press Save as PDF. It opens the finished manual in a new window and brings up the print dialogue, where you choose "Save as PDF". The Blank tier has no form — it prints with write-on lines.
How do I get the Offer2Stay rate for a property?
Set that property's Book-again link to its Offer2Stay listing, then paste the same listing link into the card on Billing and press Verify. A verified property pays a flat £3 a month instead of the standard band rate, and it applies from your next renewal.
How do I make a section show only in certain months?
Open All tools in the dashboard sidebar and scroll to Seasonal sections. Pick the property, then set a from and to month against any section. Outside those months it disappears for guests and the AI concierge stops mentioning it. "All year" means always shown.
How it works
What is What's On, and what does it cost?
What's On is a paid add-on that puts real local events for the month ahead into your guidebook, from Ticketmaster and Skiddle. It is £2 a month per property, added from Billing and invoices, and it is only offered where the search finds at least 6 events near the property.
How do I run several properties from one account?
Add every property to the same account and the per-property price drops by band: £10 a month for one property, £8 each from your 2nd, £6 each from your 6th. Team seats are unlimited, you can duplicate a property or copy one section into others, and you can pause a property for the off-season so it drops off your bill.
How do I ask for a feature, or see what you are building next?
Open Ideas and feedback in the dashboard sidebar. Post an idea, back someone else's with the arrow, or comment on one. Each idea carries a status — Open, Planned, Building, Shipped or Not planned — so the board doubles as the roadmap.
When it goes wrong
I have paid for a house manual but the designs are still locked
The dashboard reads your purchase from the organisation it was bought under, so check the Org selector at the top of the dashboard and that you are signed in with the email you paid with. Each tier is a separate purchase, so a Blank order will not open the From your website form.
"Build my manual" could not read my website
Use your public website address, typed in full and with the www — the reader follows a public page, not a link behind a login or a social profile. It is limited to 5 tries a day from one connection, and each build takes about twenty seconds.
What's On says there is not enough on near my property
What's On is only sold where the search finds at least 6 events near the property in the next month. If it comes back under that, it is not offered there yet — run the check again in a few weeks, or tell us the venues your guests actually go to.
My Offer2Stay listing will not verify
The commonest cause is the Book-again link: it must already point at the same Offer2Stay listing before verification will pass. The link itself must be an offer2stay.co.uk/property/… page, and the listing name and bedroom count must match the property in QuietStay. You get 5 attempts per account per day.
What guests see
What do my guests see when What's On is switched on?
A "What's on" screen appears in their guidebook menu, listing local events for the next month with the date, venue and time, and a link straight to the tickets. If nothing is listed near you, it says "No events listed just now."
What do guests who do not read English see in my guidebook?
Your guidebook is translated into Spanish, French and German automatically each time you publish it. Guests pick their language from the selector at the top right of the guidebook, and the AI concierge answers in the language they chose.
