A seasonal section is one that only appears during the months you choose — a winter hot-tub guide, a summer garden section, Christmas opening times.
Setting it
- Open All tools at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar.
- Scroll to Seasonal sections.
- If you have more than one published property, pick the one you want from the dropdown at the top.
- Every section in that property is listed. Against the one you want, change the first dropdown from All year to the month it should start.
- A second dropdown appears for the month it should end. Set that too.
The change saves as you pick it — there is no separate save button.
How the months work
- The range runs from the start of the first month to the end of the last.
- A range can wrap round the end of the year: Nov to Mar works and covers the winter.
- Setting either dropdown back to All year removes the range and the section shows all the time again.
What it does
Filtering happens when the guest page is built, so the section is genuinely absent outside its months rather than hidden with a link still pointing at it. The AI concierge and the guidebook menu inherit the same rule, so the concierge will not offer a guest hot-tub instructions in July if you have set that section to winter.
What it does not cover
Only published properties appear in this panel, and only whole sections can be seasonal — not single items inside one.
If a section is showing at the wrong time
Check the property picker at the top of the panel is on the property you meant, then check the two month dropdowns for that section. If it still looks wrong, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
