The fill-in form comes with the From your website tier. The Blank tier gives you the same manual with write-on lines and tick boxes to complete by hand.
Choose the look first
- Open House manual in the sidebar.
- Under How it looks, pick one of the 8 templates — Riverside, Compact, Spread, Editorial, Bold, Minimal, Warm or Playful.
- Pick a colour variation: Sage, Navy, Terracotta, Forest, Plum, Charcoal, Blush or Ochre.
- Pick a font: Modern, Elegant or Editorial.
Switching template or colour keeps everything you have written. Only the look changes.
Fill it in
The Your manual card runs top to bottom: Cover, an optional Photo page of up to six pictures, The essentials (WiFi network and password, check-in and check-out times, door code), then the sections — Welcome, How things work, House rules, Parking and getting around, Our local favourites, Before you go, Emergency and contact — and a Sign-off.
Every heading is yours to rename: type over it. Use the Shown / Hidden button to leave a whole section out, and Add a photo to fill the rest of that page. Leave a field blank and that part is left out.
Print it
Press Save as PDF. A new window opens with the finished manual and the print dialogue appears — choose "Save as PDF" there. Preview opens it without the print dialogue.
If nothing opens, you will see: "Your browser blocked the popup — allow popups for this site and try again." Allow popups for the dashboard and press the button again.
If it still will not print
Reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
