Before What's On can be bought, the real search runs against your property's location. The results decide whether it is offered.
What you will see
- "Fewer than 6 events found near these properties for the month ahead — What's On isn't offered here yet." The area is too quiet to sell you a list.
- "… — under 6, so not offered here yet" beside one property, when others in the same check did qualify.
- "no address yet", or "Add an address to these properties first — What's On needs a location to search from." The property has no location for the search to start from.
- On the What's On screen, for a property already paying: "Nothing listed within about 45 miles yet — we look nearby first, then widen to the nearest city."
What to do
- If it says there is no address, open that property's editor and add its address, then run the check again.
- If the count is under 6, wait and press Check what's on near this property again in a few weeks. Listings for the month ahead appear as venues publish them.
- Tell us the venues guests where you are would actually go to, and we can add their own what's-on pages to the sources.
If it was on and has stopped
When an area's month drops back under 6 events, What's On is switched off for the properties in it and the charge stops with it. Nothing is lost — run the check again when the area picks up and you can add it back.
