A locked gallery shows a padlock on each design and an Unlock all 8 from £9 button. If a purchase went through but the manual will not build, the page says "Could not build your manual — please try again."
What causes it
- The purchase sits on a different organisation. Entitlement is checked against the organisation you are working in. If the Org selector appears at the top of the dashboard, switch to the one you bought under.
- You are signed in with a different email. Sign out and back in with the address on the receipt.
- Wrong tier. Buying Blank templates unlocks every design to print blank, but the fill-in form belongs to the From your website tier. Buying that tier separately opens the form.
- Checkout did not finish. If you closed the Stripe page before it returned to the dashboard, no order was recorded and nothing was charged.
What to do
- Check the Org selector at the top of the dashboard and pick the organisation you bought under.
- Reload the dashboard and open House manual again.
- If the designs are still locked, look at your card statement or your emailed receipt to confirm the payment went through.
If it is still locked
Reply to the receipt email, or to any email from QuietStay, with the date you paid. It reaches a person who can put the order on the right account.
