Each property is its own guidebook, and they all sit in one account with one membership.
What it costs
- 1 property: £10 a month, per property.
- 2 to 5 properties: £8 a month each.
- 6 to 15 properties: £6 a month each.
- 16 or more: a portfolio price — talk to us.
A property with a verified Offer2Stay listing pays a flat £3 a month instead, on every band. Adding or removing a property updates the count on your bill automatically.
Keeping them apart
Give each one an Internal name — what you call it yourself. Only you see it; it is what shows in the property lists, the calendar and the access-codes panel. If you belong to more than one account, an Org selector appears at the top of the dashboard to switch between them.
Not typing the same thing twice
- Duplicate a property to reuse the shared content and branding. The copy deliberately starts without the original's cover photo, address, booking link, Offer2Stay link and verification, and its WiFi, door-code and address items are blanked so no lodge shows another lodge's details.
- In a guidebook's editor, Copy to… on any section copies it into the other properties you pick. Where a section with the same title already exists there, its contents are replaced.
Off-season
On Billing and invoices, the Your properties card lets you pause one property. It goes offline and drops off your bill until you resume it.
Sending us a whole portfolio
- Open multiple properties.
- Paste your listing links — Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Offer2Stay or your own site, up to 60 at a time. The page counts them as you paste, so you can see it read the list the way you meant it.
- Add your email, and anything the listings do not say.
- Press the button. We are in touch within one working day and build a draft guidebook for each property, which you review in one sitting.
There is nothing to pay to have them built, and no card is needed.
