Offer2Stay is the UK direct-booking platform QuietStay came out of. Listing there is free, and a verified listing changes what that property costs you.
What it changes
- A verified property pays a flat £3 a month per property, on every band. The standard rate is £10 a month for one property, £8 each from your 2nd, and £6 each from your 6th.
- It is per property, not per account: each one has its own badge on Billing, either "Offer2Stay rate" or "Standard rate".
- Billing also shows the free period on offer at the moment. Read the number there rather than anywhere else, because it changes.
- Verifying also sets that property's Book-again link to the listing, so guests sent to book direct land on it.
- Where the listing has a published QuietStay guidebook, Offer2Stay can hand the guidebook link to guests who book that listing.
How to verify
- In the property's editor, set Book again under Guest app to the Offer2Stay listing for that property.
- Open Billing and invoices in the dashboard.
- Find the property in the verification card and paste its listing link — it must look like

The change applies at your next renewal, not immediately.
Not listed yet
The card carries a link: "Not listed yet? List your property on Offer2Stay — it's free". Verification needs the listing to exist first, because it reads the listing page and checks it is the same property.
