What guests see

What do guests who do not read English see in my guidebook?

Your guidebook is translated into Spanish, French and German automatically each time you publish it. Guests pick their language from the selector at the top right of the guidebook, and the AI concierge answers in the language they chose.

You write everything in English. The translation happens in the background when you publish, so there is nothing to switch on.

What guests get

What is not translated

Keeping it current

The translation runs each time you publish. If you edit a section and do not publish, guests reading in another language still see the last published wording. There is a limit of 5 translation runs per account per day, so publishing repeatedly in one sitting can leave the newest edit untranslated until the next day.

If a translation looks wrong

Edit the English wording and publish again — the whole guidebook is retranslated. If something still reads badly, reply to any email from QuietStay with the property and the section.

Still stuck? Reply to any email from us — it reaches a person, not a form, and we answer every one.
