What guests see

What do my guests see when What's On is switched on?

A "What's on" screen appears in their guidebook menu, listing local events for the next month with the date, venue and time, and a link straight to the tickets. If nothing is listed near you, it says "No events listed just now."

What's On adds one more screen to the guidebook your guests already have. There is nothing to install and no separate link.

On the screen

Where it sits

The tile appears in the guidebook menu in the "During your stay" group by default, alongside the other extras. You can move it like any other section.

In other languages

The heading, the line under it and the "tickets ↗" label appear in the guest's chosen language. Event names, venues and times come from the listing itself, so they stay as the venue published them.

What guests never see

Guests do not see anything about the add-on, its price or where the events came from. If you have not bought What's On, the screen is not there at all — there is no locked or empty version of it.

If a guest tells you something is wrong

Open What's On in your sidebar to see the same list they are seeing. Then reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.

Still stuck? Reply to any email from us — it reaches a person, not a form, and we answer every one.
