A guest leaves their email in your guidebook and gets a discount code to use when they book with you direct. The code never appears until they hand over an email.
Set it up
- In the sidebar open Returning guests, then Set up the discount, and pick the property.
- Read the amber notice about OTA terms and press I understand — continue.
- Discount code — 2 to 24 letters, digits, dots, dashes or underscores. It is saved in capitals.
- What the guest gets — the line guests actually read, for example "10% off direct bookings".
- Expires — leave it empty for no expiry. After that date the offer disappears from the guidebook by itself; until then guests see "Valid until".
- Terms (optional) — for example "Not with other offers. Direct bookings only."
- Offer2Stay listing link — always shown to guests first, and included on every account.
- Where it appears — in the Departure section (recommended) or on the guidebook home screen.
- Press Save offer, then Turn on.
What it costs
£1 per property per month. Tick Offer the offer2stay box to my guests and the add-on is free for that property — your guests then see a second, optional tick box for offer2stay's own occasional emails. Untick it and the property goes back to £1 a month. Switching a second property on joins the subscription your workspace already pays, rather than starting a new one.
Your own website link is a paid extra; the field is locked until it is on your account.
What guests then see
The card only appears once the property is switched on and the offer has a code and is active. The panel shows how many emails you have captured, how many in the last 30 days, and what share of guests ticked each box.
If nothing appears in the guidebook
Check the offer is saved with a code, that the property says On, and that the expiry date has not passed. If it still does not show, reply to any email from QuietStay with the property name.
