Your guidebook carries your look, not ours. Four things are yours to set.
Colours
In the Design panel, under Colours, there are two swatches:
- Headings — section titles, card titles and headings on the guest page.
- Buttons — the buttons a guest taps.
Each opens your computer's colour picker. The colour saves when you close the picker.
Fonts
Under Fonts are eight pairings, each drawn as an "Aa" swatch: Clean (default), Classic hotel, Boutique, Modern, Warm & homely, Rounded & friendly, Contemporary and Traditional. Tap one and it applies. They are pairings rather than two separate menus because two free font choices usually clash; every pair here is checked to stay readable at guidebook sizes.
Logo and business name
Open Cover, photos & colours from the editor menu:
- Logo — same uploader and same limits as a photo (up to 5 MB). It shows small, above the property name on the guest welcome screen.
- Business name — shown next to the logo on that welcome screen.
Set them once for every new property
Go to Settings, then Default branding, and select Edit. Set your business name, a logo URL, the heading colour and the button colour, then Save. The confirmation is honest about the scope: "Saved — applied to guidebooks you create from now on." Existing guidebooks keep what they have, and each property can still override the defaults in its own editor.
If a change does not appear
Guest pages hold a copy for up to a minute, so give it a moment and reload. Use Preview as guest in the editor to see the real thing rather than the edit screen. If a colour or font still will not stick, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
