One code by the door is how most guests find the guidebook at all. The poster page builds it for you.
Print one
- From the dashboard, select QR poster on the property's row. In the editor it is Share QR/link in the toolbar.
- Choose White or Photo for the background. Photo only appears when the guidebook has a cover photo.
- Choose Logo or No logo. This only appears when a logo is set.
- Select Print / Save as PDF. It is laid out to fit one 200 by 200 mm page.
Change what it says
Three boxes above the poster, each saving on its own:
- Business name — shown next to your logo at the top.
- Poster title — defaults to the property name.
- Subtitle — defaults to whatever follows a "|" in the property name.
Under Download image: White poster, Photo poster, Phone mockup, Fridge card (A6) and, when your guidebook has a WiFi section with a network name or password, WiFi card. Each saves as a PNG named after your link. The fridge card and the WiFi card carry the same code and print the WiFi details in large type.
The printed code never expires
The QR does not carry your web address. It carries a permanent six-character code that looks up where the guidebook lives at the moment it is scanned, so renaming the property or changing the address does not brick a poster already on a wall. Deleting the property does: scans then land on the QuietStay homepage, and the dashboard warns you before you delete a property whose code has been scanned.
If it will not generate
"Could not generate the image — please try again" means the download failed, not the poster. Try again, or use Print / Save as PDF instead. If neither works, reply to any email from QuietStay and it reaches a person.
